Arrogance is the worst kind of loneliness because it is entirely self-imposed. If you become impressed with your own importance, everyone else ceases to be impressed at all.
The worst kind of ignorance is to think you know it all. For that is an ignorance into which you sink more deeply as each moment passes.
Those who are most genuinely admired are those who have no need to be admired. Those who learn the most are those who have the honesty to admit what they do not know.
Anyone who must announce that he is an expert most likely is not. The real experts are those who spend their time listening and learning rather than boasting and preening.
Humility is a virtue that will carry you far. When you are free from the crushing demands of ego, there is so very much more you can accomplish.
Let go of the need to be better than others. And you'll free yourself to reach magnificent heights of success and fulfillment.

You may not think you have what it takes to persist in your efforts for long periods of time. Yet all you must do is persist for just a moment, and then another moment, and then another.
The energy necessary for achievement is never going to be fully available to you when you begin. But go ahead and begin, and that energy comes to you as you require it.
Do not be dismayed at how long the journey will take. Instead, be thankful and enthusiastic about the one particular step you can take right now.
Success creates its own capacity for fulfillment as it moves along. Your job is to keep moving it along.
Give your best to the task at hand. That will prepare you and equip you for the next task, and the next.
Build what you can with what you have, and then build upon what you build. In this simple, steady, accessible way, whatever you envision is within your reach.

The more burdensome the challenge, the more valuable the response. Out of extreme difficulty, greatness is born.
When things seem to be at their worst, they are likely to soon get much better. The more intensely the problems are illuminated, the more effectively they can be addressed.
Always remember that life is incessantly dynamic. Life is able to respond with innovation, determination and an underlying goodness that cannot be denied.
The best cure for a problem is the problem itself. Because each problem is a well-defined opportunity for improvement.
Whether you judge something to be a problem or opportunity says more about you than about the situation. The way you choose to see the world is the way the world will be for you.
In life there is challenge and in challenge there is life. Rise to each challenge, and continue adding value to the ever-growing richness of life.

Just think,
you’re not here by chance,
but by God’s choosing.
His hand formed you and
made you the person you are.
He compares you to no one else-
you are one of a kind.
You lack nothing that His
grace can’t give you.
He has allowed you to be here
at this time in history
to fulfill His special purpose
for this generation.

Make the world brighter today. Do it not because you should, but because you can.
The reason for joy is joy. It needs nothing more than to be.
Feel the warm glow of life. Marvel at the exquisite beauty in every detail.
Gently accept and embrace the richness of this moment that is now. Give sweet expression to the unique voice living within you.
With each fresh gust of the breeze, there are new possibilities. There is more to experience than you can even imagine.
Choose to live and to fulfill just a small fraction of the immense promise that is now. And you'll find life to be rich beyond all measure.
